The miracle behind Miracles in Motion is my daughter,  "Laney Girl". Dalaney was born with a developmental disability, but she does not see herself as disabled. She is a child that can be anything she images no matter how impossible it may seem. She can fly, but she walks with a walker. She can be a swimmer as if she is a mermaid. She can dance like "Dancing with the Stars", because she is a star. She can sing even though she can't put all the words together. She can play the piano, drums, horn, and any other instrument she can get her hands on ... Dalaney is that Miracles in Motion.

 

No matter who a child is ... Where a child is born ... What a child looks like ... There has been potential placed in each and every one of them and someone has to assist to bring it out. Reasearch has shown the positive impact of the arts and after-school programs has enriched the lives of disadvantaged youth.
